This website operates as an informational platform covering global markets, trade, analysis, research and practical tools, and also provides information about Monaco Trade Forum, an annual Forum whose date and venue are currently being finalised.

At the current stage, the website does not process live ticket sales or payments. Delegate, sponsor and speaker interest is collected through request forms for follow-up by the Event Organiser.

5. The Physical Forum

The physical location of Monaco Trade Forum has not yet been confirmed. Please refer to the Venue page for the current status.

Where the physical Forum is ultimately staged in a jurisdiction other than Romania, the contractual relationship between the Event Organiser and delegates, sponsors and exhibitors remains governed by Romanian law, subject to any overriding mandatory legal provisions applicable in the jurisdiction where the event takes place, including applicable rules relating to public order, safety, licensing and event operations.

This Legal Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer rights.
