This website provides information about Monaco Trade Forum, an event convening in the Principality of Monaco. At the current stage, the website does not process live ticket sales or payments; delegate, sponsor, and speaker interest is collected via request forms for follow-up by the Event Organiser.

5. The Event in Monaco

Monaco Trade Forum is held physically in the Principality of Monaco. While the contractual relationship between the Event Organiser and delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors is governed by Romanian law (see Section 6 below), this does not exclude any overriding mandatory legal provisions applicable in Monaco to the physical staging of the event within that jurisdiction, including local rules of public order, safety, and licensing.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any overriding mandatory provisions applicable in the Principality of Monaco as described in Section 5.
