Monitoring & Alerts

Trade Watchlist & Commodity Alerts

Track a commodity, country, port, vessel, company or sanctioned entity and see what has changed since your last check — saved in your browser only, no login.

Trade, shipping and compliance professionals often want to keep an eye on a specific thing — a wheat trade lane, a port's activity level, a counterparty's sanctions status — without re-running the same search by hand every time. Interest in a trade watchlist, commodity alerts or vessel monitoring tool usually comes from exactly that need, but building one normally means a login, a subscription and a database of your own.

This tool works differently: every item you add is saved only in your own browser, with no account and no login, and is never visible to Monaco Trade Forum or synced to another device. When you add a commodity and country pair, the tool queries Black Sea Commodity Flows' own Eurostat Comext data for the two most recent full years and compares the totals. When you add a port, it checks the same seven-day-versus-ninety-day activity trend already used elsewhere on this site, sourced from the IMF's PortWatch programme. When you add a country, it checks IMF PortWatch's published disruption events for anything matching that name. And when you add a vessel, company or sanctioned entity, it runs the same OFAC and UK Sanctions List search used by the Sanctions Checker.

Every check compares its result to what this browser saw the last time it checked, and marks anything different as Changed. This happens automatically when you open the page if you already have items saved, or on demand with the Check Watchlist Now button — there is no email, push notification or other automated alert sent on your behalf; checking your watchlist is something you do by visiting this page.

Watchlists & Alerts is useful for grain traders following a specific export lane, compliance teams keeping half an eye on a counterparty between full screenings, and logistics planners watching whether a port they rely on is busier or quieter than usual. Because everything runs from data already published elsewhere on Monaco Trade Forum, there is nothing to configure beyond picking what you want to track.

Watchlists & Alerts

Track a commodity, country, port, vessel, company or sanctioned entity and see what has changed since your last visit. Every check here runs live against Monaco Trade Forum's own existing tools — Black Sea Commodity Flows (Eurostat Comext), IMF PortWatch port & chokepoint activity, the Trade Disruption & Risk Monitor (IMF PortWatch disruption events), and the Sanctions Checker (OFAC, UK and EU lists). Your watchlist is saved only in this browser — no account, no login, not visible to Monaco Trade Forum, and it does not sync across devices.

Your watchlist is empty.
Add a commodity, country, port, vessel, company or sanctioned entity above to start tracking it.
